Nothing within this EULA shall constitute a waiver of SmartLABs or its assignee’s rights under U.S. or international copyright law or any other federal or state law. You agree not to copy, reproduce, replicate, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software. YOU ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CREATE A BACKUP OF THE SOFTWARE INSTALLER FOR ARCHIVAL PURPOSES.
In addition, while SmartLABs or its licensors, are approved REVIT® developers, SmartLABs has no control over any REVIT® products or features, now or in the future, and all use of REVIT® products are subject to AUTODESK® terms and conditions.
